We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 28th Nordic-Baltic Congress of Cardiology (NBCC2023) held in Reykjavík Iceland 8-10th of June 2023. We see the exhibition and sponsorships as an essential part of the congress, which offers your company an opportunity to introduce the latest improvements in pharmacological treatment, diagnostic tools and technology.
The Icelandic Society of Cardiology will on behalf of the Nordic-Baltic Cardiology Alliance (NBCA) organize NBCC2023. This biannual conference provides educational and networking opportunities not only for the Nordic-Baltic profession but also with increasing internationalization, will participants outside those countries find it interesting to attend the conference. The NBCC2019 in Helsinki gathered 850 professionals, and we have reasons to believe that the location of the coming conference will positively influence the number of participants.
The main theme of the meeting will be The Future of Cardiology, which we plan to explore from various angles. In addition to a broad selection of state of the art and update lectures, there will also be an ambitious program both for heart nurses and cardiologists in training.
The congress venue will be Harpa, Reykjavik’s new and exciting Concert Hall and Conference Centre, the winner of the 2013 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture. Harpa is well placed by the old harbour in the heart of Reykjavik and close to the congress hotels. The exhibition area is very well located in relation to the congress halls and supports natural contact between the delegates and exhibitors.
There will be ample opportunities for attendees to arrange further activities and wilderness travel in Iceland in collaboration with the congress planners.
